Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear

  • Returned with original tags attached, where applicable

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges because our inventory can change quickly.

If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order.
